We are compensated for our expertise on a monthly retainer basis. That way, we can allocate your resources where they are needed most in your organization as the situation evolves. We specialize in 3 to 12-month client engagements, but in some cases our clients have hired us on for 2 years or more.

In addition, Jed is an analytics and research ninja. To help your organization get to the next level, he may dip into his 15,000+ hours of experience in MS Excel, or he may apply his Python-driven machine learning and statistical expertise to the problem at hand.
