Statistical Modeling

Traditional statistical modeling techniques have been used successfully for decades to find correlations between variables. At MindEcology, we leverage correlation analysis, multi-linear regression, chi-square and other techniques to test the relationship between variables.

Most of our analysis techniques start with some sort of statistical analysis. This includes running simple descriptive statistics on a particular data set. It can also, for example, involve running simple correlation analyses between individual independent variables and the dependent variable in order to “pre-test” variables that are potentially relevant for further analysis using machine learning techniques.
